Monitoring System Cabinet has approved the following set up for managing monitoring and supervision of CMDMP:- State Level 1- Project Director 1- Administrative Officer 1- Accounts Officer 1-MIS Coordinator - - Group ‘D’ District Level 1- OSD in Charge 1- Accounts Officer 1-MIS Coordinator -- Group ‘D’ from DM's Office Block Level AI at Block Level / Block Level Supervisor School Level SHG – One member responsible for accounts etc.

MTA Mother Teachers Associations have been engaged in cooking, mainly in hill areas. MTA engaged in near about 1800 schools in the State. Community participation is seen at almost all locations. Local people have supported this Programme providing voluntary donation through eggs, vegetables, fish, fruits etc. They are also playing a supervisory role. Best Practices Local Contribution Serving Fish in CMDM Fish for MDM is procured from the ponds managed by the school teachers. Input Assessment by DIETs Attendance has improved. Drop-outs have reduced.
