Prior to the event Test Zoom, camera, microphone Meeting ID Ongoing test, Monday-Friday 8AM – 4:30PM If unable to attend, please notify help desk Zoom link will be ed a day or two before the event to Campus Manager and others as requested (on the embedded form…remember?)
Day of the Event Click on the Zoom link from or enter the meeting ID in Zoom Join “Audio by Computer”
Day of the Event Stay muted unless you are speaking Eye-contact with camera Delay Student Program: Make sure the presenter can see the students!
