Be Confident  Confidence is Arrogance under control  Exhibit the highest level at all times

Your Inner Circle  Your salary should be the average of your five closest friends  Establish your personal Board of Directors

Dream  Don't sell products  Sell hopes and dreams

Kindness Love and Care for your Employees

Build Your Team Hire likable people Likeable people attracts other people Likeable people gets mercy from others

You Cannot Please Everyone  If you don't have haters, your vision is too small  There will always be people who don't like you or the direction you're going

Mentorship  Mentor others  Reach back and help someone else
