Software Installation Requests  Software Installation Requests are completed using the software request system on the Computer and Telecommunication Services web page. software request system  Request must include: proof of license, installation instructions, product serial or registration codes (if required for installation), technical support contact information, and a testing protocol to assure that the software is correctly installed.  Requests for software installations generally require at least two weeks advance notice, we appreciate your assistance in getting these requests to us as soon as possible.

Lab Hours

Lab Reservations The Computer Labs are reserved by faculty members to provide students with hands-on computer training on software applicable to the course. Two types of signs are posted next to the computer lab entrances that shows the reservation status of the lab: A daily schedule A weekly schedule A bi-monthly schedule (on the web)

Laptop/Tablet Connections VGA, Audio, Network, and Power Connections available in every Electronic Classroom and meeting space. Newly renovated classrooms also include HDMI connections as well as Apple TVs for wireless connectivity of iOS devices that support BlueTooth If your device requires an adapter to connect to a VGA or HDMI cable, be sure to have one on hand for use
