Who are we?
The Information Technology (IT) team consists of Applications & Web Technologies Support; Infrastructure (Telecommunications, Networking & Hardware) Support, and the Service Center (aka “The Help Desk”)
What do we do?
Provide technical support for the various applications and technologies used at Bank Street (i.e., myBankStreet , DayForce, inResonance, CX/Cognos, Website Portal, gMail and new system requests)
Provide technical support for the desktops, laptops, network, internet, wireless, audio-visual setup and phones
