Strategic Challenge Develop and implement a plan aligns with the University Strategic Plan while addressing the diversity within the College and focusing on our vision.

College Vision The College of Health Professions seeks to achieve national distinction in Health Professions' education, research and service.

Goal #4 Lead SC and the nation in translating research into the classroom and clinic within our respective professions

Goal #5 Achieve national and international distinction as leaders in interprofessional education and practice

Goal #6 Maximize our participation in the health care delivery models emerging from health care reform

Objectives  Educate the students, staff and faculty on the opportunities and challenges associated with health care reform  Increase our knowledge of and participation in comparative effectiveness research to demonstrate the value of our professions within various health care delivery models  Develop partnerships locally and across the country to maximize the utilization of our professions in new models of health care delivery in SC

Goal #7 Develop and implement a diversity plan to ensure that the students and faculty reflect the communities in which we serve
