Seismic Grant provided by IFA (Infrastructure Finance Authority) EM1513 Preliminary work conducted by Miller Consulting Engineers Inc. Copy of report will be given to the successful Architect Make sure all aspects of grant are accomplished Project must be completed by March 2017

Seismic Station 12 Built in 1981 Sheath center wall with plywood Replace barge boards on roof overhang Correct nail deficiency in post and beam connectors Make appropriate modifications to the roll-up doors Pour cement slab and anchor propane tank Install brackets and strap anchors to structure for water pressure tank, cabinets and shelving
