2 Phase 1 – Roof Replacement Weekly Meetings for Roof and Boiler this past month Flat roof work is substantially complete New shingle roof is complete Slate roof installation is substantially complete Cupola is currently being renovated Concrete caps are being wrapped As noted on 8/12 - metal work, trim, cupola and gutter systems installation to extend into September Architect confirmed lightening protection is not required

11 Phase 1 – Boiler Replacement - Surety Mechanical Construction Meetings have been held weekly this month Contractor mobilized on Job Site July 2, 2015 Boiler Demo complete July 7, 2015 New Boilers arrived on site and could not physically be moved into building Team recommended and District authorized $15,000 change order to demo Bilco door opening, excavate and expand opening and floor slab as necessary to install boiler, extend footing, reconstruct retaining wall and provide larger Bilco as well as a new hot water heater Additional work to be deducted from allowance as follows: $2,289.28 - New Sump Pump $1,841.44 - New Valves to isolate boiler room piping

17 Planning Meeting 3 - 9/3/15 Current plan is to divide remaining work into at least 2 contracts based on schedule and type of work General Const.Fall - Windows (1937 & 57) - Interior Door Hardware - Classroom Storage Units - Exterior Doors - ADA/Railing and Front Entry Work Considering Shared Service Agreement for - CCTV, Security, Phone, Clock/Speakers MEP – Summer 2016- Bathroom Renovations - HVAC Equip and Controls System - Fire Alarm and New Electric Service - Emergency Generator - Fire Pump - Wastewater Plant Upgrades - Second Well & Water Storage Tank

18  Roofing work is substantially complete, misc work ongoing  Boiler Room work will be substantially complete within a week  All contractor personnel are signing in at main office  New Road Construction Management, Spiezle Architects and Partner MEP Engineer will Effectively Manage Project in Coordination with District  Contractor Responsible for Safety on Project and Understands Safety of Students/Staff is Primary Concern  Our Daily Mission is to Protect your Schedule, Quality of Work and Financial Interests  Any Work Remaining to be Complete when School Begins will be Coordinated with District Personnel to Avoid Conflicts  Work that Conflicts or Interferes with School Operations will be Performed After Hours  Team will Evaluate Progress, Follow-up on Issues and Details, Make Every Effort to Coordinate Activities, Expedite the Work and Facilitate Progress  Design for Phase 2 continues to Progress – Plan to bid Phase 2 this Fall
