Phase 1 – Boiler Replacement - Surety Mechanical Construction Meetings have been held weekly this month Contractor mobilized on Job Site July 2, 2015 Boiler Demo complete July 7, 2015 New Boilers arrived on site and could not physically be moved into building Team recommended and District authorized $15,000 change order to demo Bilco door opening, excavate and expand opening and floor slab as necessary to install boiler, extend footing, reconstruct retaining wall and provide larger Bilco as well as a new hot water heater Additional work to be deducted from allowance as follows: $2,289.28 - New Sump Pump $1,841.44 - New Valves to isolate boiler room piping
