Vision All Hoosiers have the opportunity to live in safe, decent, affordable housing in economically stable communities. Mission HCDA helps build strong communities by providing financial resources and assistance to qualified partners throughout the State of Indiana in their development efforts. A primary focus of HCDA is providing a continuum of housing from shelters to homeownership for low to moderate income Hoosiers.

 HCDA cultivates economically diverse communities with ready access to vital goods, services, and opportunities. We are especially committed to broadening asset development and asset protection opportunities in emerging markets.  HCDA invests in financially sound, well-designed projects that reflect the principles of sustainable development.  HCDA helps Hoosiers with special needs to access housing and community services that promote independence, self- sufficiency, and dignity.
