Ancient Egytians were very religious. They built the temples to worship their gods to protect them in different cities. Only pharaohs and priests could enter the temples. The Egyptians gods were mostly animal heads with human bodies.

Amun :'King of the Gods' He controlled our lives.

Ra: the Sun god. He wasthe most important godof the ancient Egyptians.He travelled through theunderworld at night andwas reborn everymorning. Isis: a protective goddess. She helped people in need.
