HEALTH  Physical, Mental/Emotional, Social well- being

Physical Health  How well your body functions  Perform daily activities  Deal with everyday stresses  Avoid injury What does it take to get and keep a healthy body?

Mental/Emotional Health  How you feel about yourself  Meet demands of your daily life  Cope with problems  Spiritual health- a deep-seated sense of meaning and purpose of life. (feeling of purpose and sense of values)

Social Health  How you get along with others  As important as being fit and healthy  Who is in your “Social Network”  What are some ways to maintain a healthy relationship?
