If a school does not have at least 10 students in that subgroup, the school’s overall graduation rate will be substituted Schools that earn enough points for an “A” grade must demonstrate “adequate progress” (75%) of the at-risk graduation rate population. School’s grade will be lowered to a “B” if one of the recommended conditions is not met.
