4 Reflexology is Non-invasive Drug free A Natural process Most beneficial when the client “works” with the therapist. Relaxing R R

5 Reflexology is performed by applying gentle pressure on the reflex points on both feet. It stimulates every part,gland and organ of the body, releases toxins and clears the pathways or zones for a healthier body. Drinking water after treatment assists this process. R R

6 Methodology Pressure is applied by the thumbs and fingers of both hands to the reflexes on each foot. (Acupuncture uses needles to give similar results)

7 There are 10 zones in the body Commencing from the tip of the toes to the top of the head - 5 on the left and 5 on the right Reflexes on both feet connect the path along each zone and stimulate all organs that lie in this path. R R

9 The Connection Pressure applied to the reflexes clears the pathways along the corresponding zones Releases toxins and assists in improving the functioning of the organs and body parts that are in the zone or path.
