2 What Is it? Acupuncture/Acupressure is one of the oldest, most commonly used medical procedures in the world. It started in China more than 2,000 years ago. Acupuncture/Acupressure become better known in the United States in 1971 American practices of acupuncture/acupressure combines traditions from China, Japan, Korea, and other countries

4 Reason for Use It has been found to help decrease inflammation and reduce the pain and stiffness associated with chronic pain.
