ABOUT ELP Voluntary partnership program with businesses, municipalities, non- governmental organizations, federal entities, schools and universities designed to promote a cleaner and better environment for Louisiana. Any Louisiana entity that fits into one of the above categories and is committed to improving the quality of Louisiana’s environment is eligible to join.

Contribution of ELP Members to Pollution Prevention  Pollution Prevention  342,785,000 pounds (lbs) of pollutants were removed including: Criteria pollutants, waste catalyst, hydrogen usage, GHG emissions, etc.  Reduction in Water Usage  95,000,000 gallons (gals) of water  Recycling of Materials  149,340 lbs/yr of E-waste  715,369 gals/yr of Hydrocarbon contaminated water, soapy water, used oil, etc.
