EYS Ltd. Workforce preparation & development is a new priority for the Govt. & Learning Skills Council Train 2 Gain = training UK workforce in the workplace (£1 billion funding 2009/10) Skills for Jobs = skills training for unemployed to enter jobs market Jobcentre Plus contracts “ New Market Sector & focus ”

Train 2 Gain LSC funded scheme in response to Lord Lietch report (upskilling of UK workforce essential) Budget doubling every year Skills training delivered in the workplace for employees, self employed and volunteers by training providers NVQ’s and basic skills and other bespoke training Free to employers and employees “ Working for all our Futures ”

EYS & T2G EYS has contracts worth over £3millon 08/09 (Eastern, East Mids, North West, South West & London) from the LSC Currently enrolled approx 1,500 employees this year Sectors = Care, Construction, Hospitality, Retail, Wholesale, Customer Services, Warehousing, Auto sector, IT, Basic Skills New Sectors = Manufacturing, Security, Taxi, Cookery, Support Services Lower overheads as delivery in the workplace
