Learning & Development All Education Officers, EAS Div I & II and EAS Div III & IV are entitled to 100, 60 and 40 hours of training respectively to level up their professional competencies. All contract and temporary staff are required to attend all school-based learning and development activities. This includes all Untrained Education Officers, Trainee Teachers, long-term Relief Teachers and temporary Executive and Administrative Staff.

Learning & Development Induction Part II is conducted for all new Education Officers to provide them with an overview of the teaching strategies & learning platforms adopted by the school. New KP appointee will be assigned an experienced KP as mentor for a period of 6 months. The Mentor will sit in 1 work review session for coaching & developmental purpose. EPMS & School Cockpit trainings are mandatory for new KPs.

Health & Satisfaction Protected time – 2 wks in Jun & 4 wks in Dec De-stress - massage & foot reflexology services from Association of the Blind - shopping: sports wear; health food products; costume jewellery - Wed Games Day during Contact Time - To put aside time for learning & recreation during school hours so that every staff is able to participate (students to report late one day in a week)
