2 2 What does a Learning Advisor do? ›Designs and delivers customised learning solutions that support the strategic goals of the University. ›Works with managers to identify and meet the learning needs of individuals and groups. ›Supports the University by managing organisation wide strategic development projects. ›Supports managers in the implementation of change processes.

3 LEARNING SOLUTIONS Design and deliver customised solutions ›Leadership in Learning and Teaching program for new academic leaders. ›Support for change processes at Cumberland campus, CIS, Nursing and Midwifery. ›Team development and strategic planning with Vet, Science, Research Office, Community Engagement, EMU, Nursing and Midwifery, Sydney College of the Arts, Engineering and IT. ›Customise and deliver the Future Research Leaders Program. ›Programs for biomedical Early Career Researchers. ›Behavioural based recruitment training. ›Design and manage an Industry Engagement program for researchers in Engineering and IT. 3 Some examples.
