Where was the “Unspent Authorized Budget” (UAB) at the end of FY2012? Balance: $344,299 Ratio: 4.48% The majority of Ogden’s “Unspent Balance” is comprised of restricted fund balances! The following slides will indicate the numbers behind the “Unspent Authorized Budget” number.
