Home Page Welcome to the Foley Family Wines trade website! The intention of this guide is to get you some basic information so that you may start using the site right away. Along the top of the page, you will find the navigation bar. This is the easiest way to move through the site. You will also find the same at the bottom of the home page. We encourage you to explore. It really is the best way to get to know the site. On the left side of the page, you will see the link to this guide, along with links to all of our consumer websites. The right side of the page is where you will find announcements about new available items. 3 Consumer Website Links Announcements for New Items Navigation Bar

Brands This section offers up overviews on all of our brands. To do a search, click on “Brands” at the top of the navigation bar on the home page. You will come to a page that has a bunch of brand “buttons” in the main portion of the window. Click on the button for the brand that you want, or use the list of brands on the left side of the screen. Both the buttons and the list will take you to the brand pages. Each brand has its own page with the following information: Vineyard/Winery Info Placement Targets Priorities On the right side under the brand button, you will find links to key documents such as the brand presentation. 4 Brand “Buttons” Brand Search Page Lost Angel Page Key Documents Links

Documents “Documents” is the one of the sections that you will use most often. It is the primary repository for downloadable documents including: Acclaim Fliers Blank Templates Brand Brochures Brand Presentations Fact Sheets Other General Document To do a search, first click on “Documents” from the home page navigation bar. Go to the drill down menu on the left side of the page. You can drill down by document type, brand, varietal, vintage or any/all of the above. Just check the appropriate boxes and then click the “Search” button. For example, if I would like to find a Firestone 2011 Chardonnay fact sheet, I would check “Fact Sheets,” “Firestone, “Chardonnay” and “2011.” Then I can download the appropriate file by clicking the corresponding blue “PDF” link. Once the sheet is downloaded into a new window, I can do a “Save As” and save it wherever I want on my computer. FOR VIDEO FILES: Clicking the link will automatically open the file. Images “Images” is another one of the sections that you will use most often. This is where we house all of our images, available in high-res and low-res. Images include: Beauty Shots Bottle Shots Labels Logos Maps Miscellaneous To do a search, first click on “Images” from the home page navigation bar. Go to the drill down menu on the left side of the page. You can drill down by brand, image type, varietal, vintage or any/all of the above. Just check the appropriate boxes and then click the “Search” button. For example, if I would like to find a Firestone 2010 Chardonnay bottle shot, I would check “Firestone,” “Bottle Shots,” “Chardonnay” and “2010.” In the case of this particular search, two shots fit the criteria. When I click each of the thumbnails, I see to the right a full image with title and download links below. Once I find the right bottle, I can download the high-res by clicking the blue link by “Large Image” or the low-res by clicking the blue link by “Small. Image.” The image will pop up in a new window. Press In this section, you will find our acclaim database. The acclaim database contains historical acclaim for all brands. You can drill down by brand, vintage and varietal. Acclaim fliers have not been created for every listing, but for those that have a flyer, you will see a download link to the right of the corresponding entry in the “Item #” column. For example, if I would like to find the acclaim for the Firestone 2010 Chardonnay, I would check “Firestone,” “Chardonnay” and “2010.” I can read the reviews and if a flyer is available, I can download it by clicking the corresponding blue item number link. Once the sheet is downloaded into a new window, I can do a “Save As” and save it wherever I want on my computer. 7 Acclaim Database Search PageAcclaim Search Results Drill Down Menu Blue Download Links

Education The “Education” section has educational information on all of our brands, including tasting kits, presentations, and maps. To do a search, select the type of item you want by checking the appropriate box in the left side menu. You can drill down by brand. For example, if I would like to find tasting mats for Firestone and Discoveries, I would check “Deductive Tasting Kits,” “Firestone” and “Discoveries.” Then I can download the appropriate files by clicking the corresponding blue link in the “Download” column. A dialog box will pop up and allow me to save the file to wherever I want on my computer. 8 Education Search Page Education Results Page Drill Down Menu Blue Download Links

Marketing Calendar* This is another important section that tells you what’s happening in which markets. The calendar includes: Events Market Activity (market visits) On-Premise promotion dates, locations and other information Off-Premise promotion dates, locations and other information To do a search for Events or Market Activities, select the appropriate brand(s) in the left side menu. You can drill down by the activity type(s), state(s) and date range. For example, if I would like to find out if Clifford Bay is participating in any events in New York in 2011, I would select “Clifford Bay,” “Event” “NY.” Under date range, I would use the pop-up calendar to choose 1/1/11 to 12/31/11. 9 *Please note: this information is accessible to FFW employees only. Marketing Calendar* Promotion searches are a little different. To do a search, select the appropriate brand(s) in the left side menu. You can drill down by the activity type(s), state(s) and date range. For example, if I would like to find out if Vavasour has any promotions running in California in 2011, I would select “Vavasour,” “Off-Premise Promotions,” “On-Premise Promotions” and “CA.” Under date range, I would use the pop-up calendar to choose 1/1/11 to 12/31/11. Once you get your results page, you will notice the blue “more” link beneath each promotion listing. Clicking on the link will provide you with details on the promotion. 10 *Please note: this information is accessible to FFW employees only. Company You will find important documents and forms in the “Company” section of the site. Click “Company” on the navigation bar on the home page. The most common documents are listed in the window. If you click a link, a pop-up window appears and gives you an option to save the file wherever you would like on your computer. “Forms” contains different forms you may need to use. The section is divided into three categories: Human Resources, Sales & Marketing and Other. Click on the appropriate link to get a list of forms in that section. As with the main company page, in order to download a form, you click on a link and a pop-up window appears, allowing you to save the form wherever you would like on your computer. 11 *Please note: this information is accessible to FFW employees only.
