2. SALES REP DASHBOARD What it does:
Allows a Sales Rep to view and access the account history of all of the retailers assigned to them in the CM file
How it works:
Select your Dashboard from the “My Account” Dropdown Menu. Then, you can search your customers using the given fields.
Reps can select ‘view order history’, ‘view order status’ and ‘use customer’ to view customer specific information.

Use the filters to indicate the orders you are searching for
Select on Order number to see order details
Order status has an export to excel feature

4. In the Sales Rep Dashboard you will have the ability to select ‘use customer’ and view customer specific information

*please note that Order History is updated on a nightly basis, therefore this will not show LIVE transactions. Order History is also from 2016 to present.

5. RETAILER DASHBOARD - Order Details
What it does:
Displays data-driven Back Office Order History, updated on a NIGHTLY basis (remember: these are NOT real time updates).
How it works:
You can view the order details associated with the order by selecting the hyperlinked invoice.
From the “Invoice” or Order Detail Page, you can see order specific information including: Hyperlinked Tracking Number and Hyperlinked SKUs.
You can also “REORDER ITEMS” from this order. Items will be automatically added to cart if item exists on website.

6. RETAILER DASHBOARD – Order History
What it does:
Displays data-driven Back Office Order History, updated on a NIGHTLY basis (remember: these are NOT real time updates).
How it works:
Select the parameters, “Begin Date” and the “End Date” and hit “Search”. This will display all of the provided order history within the selected dates. Then, search specifics using the provided fields: Order #, PO #, Item #, Status & Collection. Ability to export order history to excel.

8. RETAILER DASHBOARD - PDF Portfolio
Where it’s located:
Top menu bar and also in retailer dashboard under Tools
What it does:
Allows users to add SKU Thumbnail Images, including Product Information, to a printable, shareable document in the form of a 1UP, 2UP, 4UP or 9UP layout. Displaying pricing is optional!
How it works:
“Add To PDF” from any thumbnail on the site. Then, navigate to the PDF Portfolio Page (/pdf-portfolio/) to “Create PDF”

What it does:
Allows users to add SKU Thumbnail Images, including Product Information, to a printable, shareable document in the form of a 1UP, 2UP, 4UP or 9UP layout. Displaying pricing is optional!
How it works:
The web user can Name the PDF, Select a Layout, Choose to Show Wholesale Pricing and Sort. Then, the user can “CREATE PDF”

12. CATALOGS Must be signed in to view catalog PDF’s
View & shop catalogs in Active Merchandiser by clicking on ‘view catalog’
Download a digital copy by clicking ‘download catalog’

13. CATALOGS (cont)
All products are hot spotted so you can browse the catalog & shop
Click on product picture and you will be directed to a shopping cart page
Select ‘add to cart’ and ‘back to catalog’ when finished

14. RETURNS & DAMAGES FORM Up to 5 SKUs can be entered for one sales order
*asterisk indicates required fields
Once a reason for return is selected from the dropdown a new dropdown will appear for additional information

Product Availability is displayed in multiple places – product thumbnail page, product detail page & shopping cart

Utilize ‘Stock Status’ to filter by ‘In Stock’ products
Example: Collections > Summer > Sea Life > Stock Status (on left side) > select + sign > select In Stock)

17. PRIMARY NAVIGATION BAR
Shop by NEW ARRIVALS, COLLECTIONS, PRODUCTS, or SALE
Dropdown menu will appear when you hover over menu.
See What’s New: anything marked as NEW will appear under this category
Collections: shop by catalog & collection (ex: Collections > Everyday > Happy Home)
Products: shop by category (ex: Products > Seasonal Décor)
Sale: any items that are set-up with a sale price will appear under sale category

18. PRODUCT THUMBNAIL PAGE
Search filter on left hand side or using search bar on top right – narrow search by collection, product, stock status or material
Sort By – sort results by product name, new, bestsellers, price (high to low), or price (low to high)
Page View – select how many SKUs show on each page and change to speed shop, 3up or 6up layout
Add to - cart, wishlist or PDF portfolio
Quick view – check out images, stock status and quantity based pricing (click on product for full detail)
Tier pricing (price tag icon) – ‘buy more & save’ – shows break pricing

19. PRODUCT DETAIL PAGE Overview – product name and long description
Details – material, UPC, assortment & catalog volume/page number
Download high res images
Download tearsheet (similar to PDF portfolio tool) – includes SKU, product name, image, overview, details
