File Upload Instructions and Information The File Upload utility is used for transferring files too large to send through the system. How it Works: After you fill in the information, click on the 'ATTACH FILES' button available. On the Pop-Up Window that appears, set nr. of files you would like to upload and submit. In the Pop-Up, select all the files you need to upload in the separated fields available and submit. The file will be copied from your system to a WEB server located at Liebert-Hiross. Click 'Close Window' and send the by pressing 'SEND' button. Your will be sent to the addresses specified with a link attached, in which the receiver will click on to receive the files. Hint: If you want to test the file transfer, check the box to receive a copy of the being sent to the receiver.

FAQ’s Q: Can I upload more than one file? A: Yes, you can upload as many files as you need by the Multiple Upload Feature or you can use a compression utility such as WinZip. Q: Is this site secure? A: Yes, only you and the receivers have access to your files. Q: How long will the files be available, do I need to delete it after the receiver has confirmed access to the file? A: Files will be available for 10 days and are automatically deleted. Q: Can I enter more than one name for the receiver? A: Yes, delimite the addresses of the receivers by ",". Q: What if someone from outside Liebert-Hiross needs to send a large file, can they use the File Upload? A: Yes, you don’t need to be a Liebert-Hiross employee to utilize the File Uploads.

After the upload files was completed, submit the “SEND” button and the message will be posted to the provided recipients. The files related to the message will be available on the server for 10 days. After 10days of posting the message, these files will be automaticaly deleted from the server.

To access the files related to the message, the receivers of the see in the message a link that redirects the users to a page, which after authorization of the user allows to dowload the files from the server.
