4. Whenever you upload files online…

5. ..it will automatically downloaded into your PC

6. Go to http://www.dropbox.com

8. Click “Download Dropbox”

9. Follow The Installation Instructions

10. When You Reach This Window, Choose “I don’t have a Dropbox account”

11. Fill Out Needed Information

12. Click “Next”

13. Choose 2 GB Then Click “Next”

14. Choose Typical then click “Install”

15. Click “Next”

16. Click “Finish”

17. Now let’s upload a file to your dropbox

18. Open again http://www.dropbox.com

19. Click “Log In”

20. Enter Your Email and Password

21. Click “upload”

22. Click “Choose files”.

23. Select file you want to upload, Click “Open”

24. Click “Start upload”

25. The File is Now Uploaded Successfully

26. Your Local PC Dropbox Will Also Be Updated

27. So whatever you uploaded on your online dropbox…

28. …you can find them in your local dropbox folder

29. Vice versa, if you update your local dropbox..

30. …your online dropbox will be updated too.

31. Now let’s try the other way around.

33. Locate the dropbox folder in your PC

34. In This Example, It is Located in The Drive C.

36. Your Folders Show Up

37. For example we need to transfer the file “SAMPLE DOCUMENT” to Dropbox

39. You May Drag/Drop or Copy/Paste The File To Your Dropbox Folder

40. There You Have It.

41. You may also share your files withothers.

42. For Instance You Want To Share “Sample Folder” With Others.

43. Move The Mouse Over the Folder You Want to Share.

44. Click on The Triangle.

45. Select “Shared Folder Options”.

46. Enter Email Addresses of Whom You Want to Share the Folder.

47. You May Also Add a Short Message For Them.

48. Click on “Share Folder”.

49. An invitation email will be sent to the recipients…

50. …and gives them a link to accept your invite

51. Once they accept your invitation, the folder will appear in their Dropbox account

52. Yes, they must have a dropbox account too...

53. …for them to access what you are sharing.

54. Suppose I deleted some files by mistake. Can I recover my deleted items?

55. Yes, you can!

56. Click “Show Deleted Files”

57. Select the Document You Want to Recover

58. Right Click Then Click “Undelete”
