3 Login Page - http://store.flowserve.com
First visit the ecommerce URL Next you’ll need to enter your ecommerce credentials required for log on to the site.

4 Build / Request A Quote Refer the highlighted section for browsing the Request for Quote & Build section. Click on “CLICK HERE” link

5 Request For Quote Screen
A pop up window will appear. Fill in the required details for proceeding further. This includes the category of the product, product family & corresponding product model. There are two options available  Build In E-Commerce & Request for Quote. Click on “Request for Quote” option

6 RFQ  Details Window A new pop window will appear asking for more information. One can put in more product families here, if the RFQ is required for multiple products. Fill in the address details along with other details.

7 RFQ  Attachments One can upload any supporting document with the RFQ to share more information with the Sales Engineer. MS-24 document for mechanical seals only can be uploaded to sharing any specific product details required. Click “SUBMIT”

8 RFQ  Quote Reference This will give the corresponding Quote Reference Number for the RFQ submitted.

9 RFQ  My Quotes Go to “My Quotes” link at the top to view the status of all your submitted quotes. It shows the recent 3 submitted quotes on home page.

10 RFQ  Quote List Quote List page displays the list of all quotes submitted by your account. Click on any quote number to view more details. There is a refresh button next to every quote reference number to fetch the latest status of the quote from CPQ.

11 RFQ  Quote Details Quote details page gives you all the details associated with the reference quote number. One can use the “COPY” button to submit a new quote with the similar details as this quote. Uploaded File section shows all the attachments uploaded by the user while submitting the quote. Revision section shows all the revisions of the “Proposal Document” prepared by the Sales Rep for the submitted quote, with the latest revision at the top.

12 RFQ  CPQ Home Page (Flowserve Employees only)
Sales Rep will logon to CPQ and go to the Quote List section.

13 RFQ  CPQ Quote List (Flowserve Employees only)
This will show the list of all quotes/orders lying in the Sales Rep queue, with the latest quote at the top. Sales Rep can click on my reference to start working on it.

14 RFQ  CPQ Quote Details (Flowserve Employees only)
This is the page opened on clicking any quote number. There will be 3 tabs at the top of every quote. Quote Info  Containing the basic details of the quote. Proposal Log  Containing the proposal related info & user notes. RFQ  Showing all the RFQ related attachments and respective product families which the user requested for quote.

15 RFQ  CPQ Quote Proposal Log (Flowserve Employees only)
This shows the Proposal Log page.

16 RFQ  CPQ Quote RFQ Tab (Flowserve Employees only)
This shows the RFQ tab. View the attached documents by the user from RFQ Attachments 1 to RFQ Attachments 4 along with the MS24 document. Add the corresponding item into the quote as request by the user.

17 RFQ  CPQ Quote Line Item Details (Flowserve Employees only)
The added item will appear under the Line Item Details section. Go to the RFQ tab then.

18 RFQ  CPQ Quote - Finalize Proposal (Flowserve Employees only)
Uploaded the prepared proposal document under Proposal Attachment section. Check the “Share Proposal with Customer” checkbox. Click on “Finalize” button at the top.

19 RFQ  CPQ Quote – Send Proposal to Customer (Flowserve Employees only)
After clicking on “Finalize” button, a new button will appear under RFQ tab as “Send Proposal To Customer” Click on this button. This will give you a small pop stating that finalized proposal has been sent to user. This pop-up will automatically close in 3-4 seconds.

20 RFQ – Quote Awaiting Approval
One can view the current status of the quote from Quote List Page. The Quote status will reflect the current status. Since, Sales Rep has prepared a proposal for this quote & uploaded on CPQ, the same will be visible under REVISION section of quote. With the current status, user can use the VIEW PROPOSAL button to view the details. BUY & RE-QUOTE buttons are enable at this stage.

21 RFQ  BUY & Upload PO On clicking BUY, a new pop up window will appear which will ask for PO # & the corresponding PO document.

22 RFQ – Quote Accepted & Order Submitted
Once the PO is uploaded and submitted, the Quote status will be changed to “Order Submitted”.

23 Build Configuration For Configuring the part on your own, click the Build button on the home page. This will again open the same page asking for the product category, product family & the corresponding model. Click on “BUILD IN E- COMMERCE” button.

24 Build  CPQ Configurator
User will be re-directed to the corresponding CPQ page w.r.t the selected product family & model. Configure the part here. This page will show the price for the configured part. After configuring, click the “Create Quote/Order” button.

25 Build  CPQ Configured Part
User will be taken to another CPQ page for confirming the configured part. Click the “Continue” button.

26 Build  E-Commerce CART with Configured Part
User will then land on to the E- Commerce CART page. The configured part on the CPQ will be added in the cart with the corresponding price. After verifying the details, click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”

27 Build  Order Checkout Further is the standard process of checking out and placing the order with the required details.
