2 BMB teaching initiative: Inking, wireless, capture UMass Amherst Fast annotations  Three colored buttons turn on the pen and switch colors (for some reason, the color starts as black the very first time you press a button).  Press Esc (on the keyboard or next to the screen to get the cursor back)  Or stay in pen mode at all times and use controls on bottom left

4 BMB teaching initiative: Inking, wireless, capture UMass Amherst Caveats  Always save this as a powerpoint with macros (.pptm file extension)  Allow powerpoint to run macros  If you want to keep the annotations, say yes to saving when prompted when exiting presentation mode (not an option with the current Mac version)  If you want to keep the new slides, don’t forget to save after the presentation is done
