2. Using Presenter View First Begin Your Slideshow Then Right Click
Choose Show Presenter View
Use the Mouse Wheel to Change Slides
As you can see, notes are stored here and your next available slide is pictured to the top right.

3. Next Slide
While in Presenter View, Audiences Can Only See What is On the Current Slide.
Notes are Hidden
Continue to Your Next Slide When Ready.
After this slide, we can begin exploring some extra features you can use while in presenter mode.

4. The Pen and Highlight Tool
This Icon Is the Pen and Highlight Tool
Left Clicking To
Use the Laser Pointer
Create Lines
Highlight Fields
Or Erase Either.
Use these tools sparingly as they can be overwhelming to your audience.

5. Other Tools You can see all your slides and move to the one you want.
You can Zoom in on Slides
Black out the Screen
Use Other Options
The rest of the tools, simply allow you to navigate behind the scenes, without breaking the flow of the show.
Feel free to play around with it as much as possible to get a feel for it.

6. Notes Now we need to exit Presenter View
Simply Press the “Esc” on the uppermost left of the keyboard
The Notes Section Should be Down Here
If the notes box is not there, there should be a button that says notes toward the bottom of the screen
This is where you place the notes so you can see them while in presenter view.
