Qualifications /market share Base 3602 In , 3602certificates in coaching related qualifications were issued. ILM had a 68% share (of total certificates issued) CMI and NCFE both provided 12% of certificates, although NCFE outnumbered the amount provided by CMI. ILM Level 3 award in Workplace Coaching for Team Leaders and First Line Mangers (QCF) (Revised NQF Level) was the most popular coaching qualification with 1533 certificates issued (42%) The second most popular qualification was also provided by ILM.
