 34% of women said that women aren’t tough enough to hold top positions in companies.  If women are seen as equal to men in society, women will be more confident in reaching higher career status and women will have more of a voice.  The gender imbalance will level out (in 81 years) and women will make decisions on behalf of women, not rich men.
