DATA – SUSPENSIONS Suspensions are associated with a specific fighter and bout Entering & managing suspensions Typically entered into DB by FSI based on event results received from commission Can be added or modified at any time after a bout has been entered into the DB Can be changed at any time by either FSI or commission members Suspension details Incident date Types: Medical; disciplinary; substance abuse Duration: 1 day to indefinite Notes: e.g. “Suspend for 45 days, no contact for 30 days, due to broken nose” July 2014

PRICING Agreement with ABC Promoters are supposed to pay $65/event to cover data entry, site maintenance, etc No fee charged to ABC commission members If promoters do not pay, access to the DB may be restricted Commission members may gain access individually per the fee schedule in the ABC-FSI agreement To date, no fees have been collected by FSI Can commissions motivate promoters to use and pay for FSI to sustain the service?
