Performance Metrics Central 2.0 (PMC 2.0) is an online reporting tool for viewing partner service sales performance and delivery metrics. The direct URL for accessing PMC tool is www.cisco.com/go/pmcwww.cisco.com/go/pmc Following are the pre-requisites for having access to PMC: You have a valid cisco.com User ID Your company is registered as a Cisco Partner You are associated with your company on Partner Self Service You have been granted access to Partner Access OnLine(PAL) Existing User

Existing users can directly access PMC through www.cisco.com/go/pmc by using their Cisco.com User ID and password. www.cisco.com/go/pmc New users will have to register themselves at Cisco and follow a series of other steps before trying to log-in. To view metrics from July 2010 and prior, click Launch PMC 1.0 Read- Only. There is additional information on PMC latest releases in the News and Announcements section. Navigate to the Training section to access the Partner User Guide and other Training material. Use the Support section to access FAQs and to open a case with the Service Support Center. PMC will navigate you to the home screen as the default screen which provides news and announcements on PMC. By navigating to the Scorecard and Reporting tabs, you can view your Partner Scorecard and various reports respectively. Existing User

Create two secret questions to set for security in case of lost password retrieval. Once you accept Cisco’s Privacy and Product Information, you can submit your Cisco account registration request. Associating yourself with your company on Partner Self Service(PSS) is only necessary if your Cisco.com User ID created in Step 1 is not connected with a Cisco Partner. From the Choose a Task drop down menu, select Associate Myself with a Company. New User ENTRY STEP 3

You will see a pop- up window prompting you to enter the search criteria for your company. Choose the country and the company name using the search capabilities and click Next. New User

Choose the company name you want to associate yourself to by selecting the corresponding radio button. Click Next to continue the process. An email will be automatically sent to your company’s designated Cisco Administrator to approve your request. The association will be completed within 48 hours. EXIT STEP 3 New User

It will show you a list of tools, your access level and country/country group. If you do have Partner Access onLine (PAL) listed at a ‘User’ level, then you can directly go to step 5. If you do not have access to Partner Access onLine(PAL), then you should request for same through ‘Request Additional Access’ ENTRY STEP 4A Partner Self Service URL : http://tools.cisco.com/go/psshttp://tools.cisco.com/go/pss New User

Once selected, click the submit button to send a request for access. You will be notified by email once your have been granted access to Partner Access onLine(PAL). EXIT STEP 4A New User

If you have made a request though PSS for PAL tool access directly as shown on previous two slides, then you do not need this step. An alternative way to seek access to PAL is just to request you PSS admin to grant you access to Partner Access onLine (PAL) on your behalf. Your PSS admin will search for PAL- User Access Level and then search your User ID to provide you access. You will be notified by email once your have been granted access to Partner Access onLine(PAL). Visit Partner Access onLine (PAL) to learn about the tools capabilities regarding Customer Satisfaction surveys. Note that Post Sales Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) is also captured through CSAT metric in PMC tool. Once you log in, to access PMC 2.0, click Launch PMC 2.0 to navigate to the PMC application. Upon launching PMC 2.0, if you receive an authentication failure, then you should create a support case through Open a Support Case link. It may be possible that your associated Partner is not currently active in PMC. To view metrics from July 2010 and prior, click Launch PMC 1.0 Read- Only. Note that PMC 1.0 will be retired on July 31, 2011. You should bookmark this page for PMC as this page also provides additional information regarding PMC News and Announcements, Training and Support.
