Tasks: RSUI Original concept: Improve the way in which the restaurant staff interacts with one another. This includes the waiters, chefs, and managers. Includes:  Improved communication  Streamlined ordering  Better response time  Due to limitations, we decided to focus on waiters.

Tasks: Original Task Descriptions Easy:  The waiter needs to give the chef orders  The waiter needs to know when the customer needs assistance. Moderate:  The waiter needs to quickly determine the cost of the meal.  The waiter needs to know when the chef completes an order. Difficult:  The waiter needs to request the help of the manager.  The waiter needs to take the customers’ orders.
