2 When? Personas were used in the CLAReT workshops as a role play activity. Participants were required to assume a persona closest to their own and to enact the scenario that is typical to their activities.  Using our concept map tool to identify concepts in the teaching languages domain PERSONAS AND SCENARIOS

3 Why? A persona describes an end user in some detail; their background, job function, and situation in the organisation. Scenarios are textual descriptions of how a persona interacts with the system and other personas when using a system. How? We have chosen three typical user roles as personas  Learner  Teacher (Consumer)  Teacher (Provider) PERSONAS AND SCENARIOS
