Send questions via ; use the voting buttons for responses; and then review the results, which are automatically consolidated for you. Using this guide you will learn to: 4 5 Add Voting Buttons to a Message Respond to a Message with Voting Buttons View Tracking Results and Voting Responses Add voting buttons by choosing from a list of default button names or create any number of custom button names. Under Delivery options, select the Save sent message to: check box. To save to a folder other than the Sent Items folder, click Browse, and then select a folder. Click Close. Create your own voting button names by typing the names you want, and separating them with semicolons. In the subject line or the body of the message (or both), note that you wish recipients to respond by using the voting buttons you’ve provided. If you’d like recipients to also respond with a text reply (for example, if you wish to explore why someone voted a specific way), request that they click a voting button, and then also send a text reply.
