The address of the BCC recipient will not appear on the resulting , and any replies to the message will not be sent to them.

Changing options ► Click on Options  General Settings ► Change Session timeout to 40 minutes  To prevent system from closing on you while you are working in it ► Change Sent folder setting from “Disable” to “Sent”  System will store sent copies in sent folder

forwarding ► Click on Options  Mailbox Management ► Under Forwarding:  At “Enabled:” option, select Yes  At “Forward To:”, enter non-NIU ► Warning about forwarding – If size allowed in either mailbox is full, will bounce  is the primary method of communication for this class

Composing ► Click on Compose (main menu) ► Standard recipient functions (To:, Cc:, Bcc:) ► Standard Subject line and message body ► Attaching files  Click “Browse” button next to “Add file” option  Find file on computer and select  After selecting file, you must click “Attach” button  This may be done for multiple files
