Ideas for Portfolios Assemble a portfolio that will "SHOW WHAT THEY KNOW". 1. Get one binder for each subject area. 2. Print out the portfolio pages and punch holes in them to place them in the binder. 3. Help studentds choose items to put in their portfolio and have them write a description on the appropriate page. 4. Have the students BE CREATIVE and stay ORGANIZED.
