What We Do The activities of the Office of External Affairs include providing counsel and technical support in areas of: public relations – news stories – event promotion – media advisories publications and other creative services – assistance with Web content and design – marketing video productions – print materials – advertising creative marketing communications coordination – advertising campaign development creating and maintaining a brand identification for Stockton College The EA Web site provides more detailsWeb site

What We’ve Accomplished… in a few short months 1.Built the internal organization. 2.Built internal support for the External Affairs function (an ongoing process…). 3.Launched a Web site, PR request tool, working on campaigns, etc. 4.Created an inventory of print and online publications. 5.Located a Web re-design agency.

We’re Moving In on… Our six-month goals 1.Increase positive media in area by 25% over the same time period in Begin Web redesign— coming soon! 3.Establish processes for graphics, print, photo, video, Web and press services. – online method for user request – style guidelines (copy manual) – develop standards (ad, graphics, etc.) – consider marketing/ad agencies – green and sustainable as possible

Where We’ll Be… on our first birthday Positive media presence increased by 25% regionally. New Web presence and standards in place. Ready to begin formal branding plan. Ready and able to evaluate and refine publications, media relations, and community liaison strategies.
