We do this through: Web Site McGill Reporter Voilà McGill Support to the Principal for her Town Hall meetings and her Annual Report

AVP – Public Affairs Vaughan Dowie has more then 30 experience as a senior manager in Public Sector and Community organizations Among other things he has served as: President of La Commission de Protection des Droits de la Jeunesse Executive Director of Batshaw Youth and Family Centres Assistant Deputy Minister in three different ministries for the Government of British Columbia

Public Affairs – Communications Media Relations Office Promotes the achievements of our students and professors to local, national and international media Assists the media in identifying McGill experts and/or sources for stories Assists McGill administrators, faculty and students in fielding media enquiries and in managing communication issues Publishes the McGill Reporter

Media Measurement McGill subscribes to CORMEX, a firm that measures media content In 2007 McGill ranked 2nd among Canadian universities for share of media coverage When adjusted for size, McGill ranked 1st in Canada for media coverage
