A Word of Caution… Information given is not intended to be taken as a replacement for medical advice. Any person with a condition requiring medical attention should consult a qualified practitioner or therapist. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your physician before using essential oils or aromatherapy products. When using aromatherapy products, always remember: LESS IS MORE! Always use essential oils in their diluted form. NEVER apply undiluted essential oils to the skin. Use a ‘carrier oil’ such as grapeseed, coconut, or jojoba oil. When creating an aromatic massage blend, use about fifteen to twenty drops of pure essential oil for every ounce of carrier oil.
