ACUADS EXECUTIVE STRUCTURE Chair Deputy Chair Treasurer Secretary 2-4 representative members Public Officer Administration Officer Conference co-opted ex-officio member (the host of the annual conference)

ACUADS MEETINGS FOUR MEETINGS per year of the EXECUTIVE One of these is the AGM and Conference, so face to face One other meeting is face to face Remaining two are by telephone conference

ACUADS CONFERENCE Circulates to a different capital city every year Is hosted by one-three of the member universities (usually one university leads) Is wholly organised by that university, with a normal cost/return around $10k Between members normally attend the conference, which based on a theme that is agreed to in the Executive Meeting Conference registration fee varies by institution and their overheads, but is normally around $ (concessions available to students); Conference has a fully refereed component which people can chose to submit their paper to; these full papers are double-blind refereed and published on the website The hosting University looks after the refereeing of abstracts for all papers to maintain a conference theme and standard, and the final refereeing of the fully double-blind papers; they are then published on the ACUADS website
