3. Structure UAMA is an umbrella covering locally operating “chapters”:

UAMA Executive Committee.
UAMA Board of Governors.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
The Board of Directors (the "Board") are responsible for the affairs of the Association.
Composition - The Board consists of one (1) representative from each Chapter of the Association, one (1) Chapter Chair from each Chapter of the Association; two Youths, one (1) female and one (1) male; and the elected officers of the Association, the Executive Committee.
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The Executive Committee is responsible for the day to day operation of the Association.
Composition - The Executive Committee (EXCOM) is made up of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Imam, Membership Coordinator, and Media Coordinator.
CHAPTERS
Composition - Chapters are made up of Individuals in a region who come together.
Individuals may petition the Organization for permission to form a Regional Chapter. The Executive committee recommends to the Board for approval or rejection of the Chapter. Such a Regional Chapter may continue its affiliation as long as it has at least five individuals who make up a local administration. Individuals who have interests similar to the objectives of the Association but who are not eligible or do not wish to be members of the Association may be members of Regional Chapters. Likewise, individuals who are wish not to be Chapter members may directly be members of UAMA.
