Criteria for participation:  - Students who qualify for Bilingual Services and are zoned to receive these services at Reed or Whitestone are guaranteed placement in this program.  -Students not qualifying for Bilingual Services, but zoned to Reed or Whitestone Elementary will be considered priority for available space in the program  -Should additional space be available in the program, LISD will use a random selection process for those interested in participation 14
