Solving the Problems  Consistent on Decisions  No Favouritism Shown  Communication  Trust  Respect

Can they Work Together? YES !!

Consensus or Conflict?  We were able to fulfil all fixtures  Success on the playing field  Management were still talking to each other at end of Year Consensus!!
