Role and Purpose A Local Learning Partnership is “a group of partners who work together to support learning and development in a locality” The purpose of LLP’s in Dundee is to coordinate local services to meet identified learning needs based on trends and other datasets. Early intervention and prevention are important underpinning principles. LLP’s will focus on children, young people and their families in Ward Areas
