5 Achievements Positive HMIe reports for Angus College, CLD in Arbroath and Forfar and many schools Successful youth work projects which are making a positive impact on young people’s lives The positive impact of volunteering (the work of Volunteer Centre Angus identified as good practice in two HMIe reports) Development of and support to community-run childcare provision Good early progress in implementing 16 + Learning Choices Effective partnership and innovation in ESOL work Successful outcomes of the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework pilot in applying the SCQF in community learning settings The continuing success of Angus Gold (repeatedly identified as good practice by HMIe) Effective partnership planning and delivery in adult literacy and pre- access provision
