Creating a Presentation from Inception to Initiation using PowerPoint XP Dawn V. Wooten Sr. Application Analyst Microsoft Office MASTER, MCP

What is PowerPoint? PowerPoint is a powerful presentation software that allows the presenter to control how the audience will perceive the topic. It allows the presenter to give a presentation that is straight as an arrow, interactive, or full of rolling fun and innovative tricks. It also allows the power to control what the audience sees – all at once or in the order displayed

Dale Carnegie Process Using Templates Delivering your presentation effectively involves using a proven four-step process: Plan, Prepare, Practice, and Present. Follow these guidelines from Dale Carnegie Training®, and you and your message will have a high impact on your audience. Use the templates available in PowerPoint to get a head- start.
