4. Step 3: Choose a Layout On the Home Tab
Select a layout for your first slide
Add text and images to the placeholders.
To change layouts of existing slides, right-click on the slide.

6. Step 5: Add Pictures Don’t add too much text
Use a layout that has an image placeholder, then click the:
Insert clipart button (then browse through clipart)
Insert image button (then browse through your pictures)
Insert images that represent your text.
Enter most of your text in the Notes section of the slide (see Click to add notes” below each slide.
Your Audience wants to listen to you and see your pictures, not read your slide
