About the Competition Simulation of the European Court of Human Rights concerning the violation of the European Convention on Human Rights Only english MCC on Human Rights europe wide In cooperation with the Council of Europe 2 rounds – written pre-rounds and final oral round Open to all ELSA and CoE Member Countries Teams: 2 – 4 members per team Submission for Applicant and Respondent Oral Pleading for both sides Only 2 members are allowed to plead
