1. Insert the Utility CD- ROM into your CD-ROM drive and then click IP Setup Installation

2. Click Next 3. Browse to the location for the folder to install and click Next Installation

5. Click close after successfully installing the IPSetup Utility 4. Click Next to start installation Installation

6. Double click IPSetup icon and then click Change IP to assign a fixed IP Address to the camera Installation

7. Configure the desired IP address to be in the same subnet as your network, type in the Administrator ID and Password and click Change. By default: ID: admin Password: admin Click OK and wait 30 seconds Click OK, then double click the camera server to access the browser configuration Installation

8. Enter the User name and Password, and then click OK. By default: User Name: admin Password: admin NOTE: On the initial access to the camera, you will be ask to install a new plug-in for the camera. Permission request depends on the Internet security settings of your computer. Click install to proceed. Installation

Motion Detection The Motion Detect menu contains the command and option that allow you to enable and set up the motion detection feature of the camera. The camera provides two detecting areas To enable the detecting area, select Window 1 or 2 from the pull-down list, and then select Enable. When the detecting area is enabled, you can use the mouse to move the detecting area and change the area coverage. Web Interface

General Filename Prefix: Enter a name for the folder the recordings to be stored in. Web Interface

Schedule Profile: To customize the profile, click Add and then enter a descriptive name for the profile in the prompt dialog window. After entering the profile name, click OK and the profile is added to the Schedule Profiles list. To delete the profile, select the profile in the list and click Delete Web Interface

Motion Detect Trigger: Select the Enable option to enable the motion detect trigger function of the camera, so that you can set Trigger Out function or send captured images within the detecting area to the FTP server, receiver, Network Storage server, or the connected USB device. You have to configure corresponding settings, such as FTP server and server, to enable this feature Web Interface

Schedule Trigger: You can separately configure the schedule for trigger function of the camera by or FTP. Select the Enable option on each item, and then select a Schedule Profile from the pull-down list and set the Interval time. Web Interface

Tools: The Tools menu provides the commands that allow you to restart or reset the camera. You can also backup and restore your configuration, and upgrade the firmware for the camera. Reboot: Rebooting the camera will reset the camera similar to power cycling. Settings will NOT be lost Web Interface

Troubleshooting When doing motion recording does the camera motion track? -No the camera will only record motion within the set view it is aiming, the camera does not pan/tilt with the movement. Does the camera have auto focus? -No the camera does not have auto focus, if the image is blurred you will need to manually adjust the lens to your desired setting. Is the camera equipped to be used outdoors? -The camera itself is not weatherproof. It will need to be placed within an enclosure which is the TV-H110. If you want to use the camera wirelessly, you will also need to purchase a high gain antenna and cabling to get the wireless signal outside of the enclosure. How do I access the camera remotely? -You will need to forward the port of the camera (default 80) if it is behind a NAT device. Once forwarded you will need to type in the public IP of the with the port listed at the end if the default number is not used.
