WISE is a peer mentoring project sponsored by the STARS Alliance project & FSU School of Library and Information Studies Our mission is to provide IT women with opportunities to grow, network, and develop into leaders through partnerships with other professional IT women in our local community Project Summary To review the past WISE activities and plan the Fall 2010 schedule Recruit mentors Increase the overall awareness of our cause Project Leader Brandy Mayo A Natural ENFJ Personality Strongly motivated with a participative leadership style Labeled a “21 st Century Leader” Team 6 Bridgette Davis - strongly motivated with an ENFJ’s personality Barry Ellis – a people- person and asset Andre Tribble – the sentimental INTJ Elvaro Jimenez – ENFJ and motivated

Project 6 Project 6 Constraints Project Scope "The work that needs to be accomplished to deliver a product, service, or result with the specified features and functions." Featuring an IT topic of discussion, where women can share their thoughts and ideas, while enjoying fun social activities during the Fall 2010 semester. In Retrospect… 1. More Face-to-Face Meetings Scheduling conflicts made this difficult Nearly everything was completed online thru and wiki 2.
