CareerEngage is a volunteer organization that guides early to mid-career professionals who want to become active participants in managing their own careers and achieving career goals by connecting them with peers, mentors and career management professionals.

Our mentoring program connects our members with dedicated career professionals.
The program is focused on helping mentees and mentors develop their careers, network, share experiences, and provide invaluable professional development guidance.

10. Overview- How Will It Work?
CareerEngage will run three cycles of mentoring a year for three months.
You and your mentor will determine the logistics for your meetings and frequency.
CareerEngage will coordinate a mid-point check-in time with mentor and mentee.

11. How to Sign up?

Brief questionnaire will be sent to gather information for mentee matching.
CareerEngage Board Member provides an introduction to each other.
Mentee and mentor will make an connection within 48 hours to begin the relationship.
